Way Out Consulting srl cerca una figura di customer service B2B per un’azienda tessile internazionale con headquarter in provincia di Prato. La persona sarà il riferimento per i clienti di cui sarà responsabile, la produzione (Italia/Cina) e la rete vendita.
Gestirà operativamente il customer service per Germania, Spagna e USA, interfacciandosi quotidianamente con produzione e rete commerciale, monitorando ordini e priorità e producendo report per la direzione.
