Location: Zürich
Swisscard AECS GmbH in Switzerland seeks a Customer Advisor for a fixed-term 12 months. The role offers remote work from 80% and part-time hours, with full training during the first two months and the option to work remotely.
You are the first point of contact for customers, handle invoices, payments and mobile solutions such as Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, and actively upsell additional services. German and French are required, English basics for system use, with shifts from 07:00 to 23:00.
