Unique Nederland B.V. zoekt een Technisch Helpdeskmedewerker die klanten helpt bij internet- en glasvezelproblemen. Na een training van drie weken word je eerste aanspreekpunt en draag je bij aan een professionele en efficiënte klantenservice. Je denkt in oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel weer online zijn.
De rol vereist klantgerichtheid, affiniteit met techniek en flexibiliteit voor avonden en zaterdagen. Een betaalde training maakt deel uit van het programma.
