Amazon is recruiting a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Associate to support customers from the United Kingdom while working remotely from your home address in the UK. You won’t be asked to read from a script; you’ll be trained to solve problems and deliver responsive, empathetic assistance.
Your role is to anticipate issues and guide customers to clear resolutions. The position is a permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week) with an hourly pay of £14.58 plus £1 language premium.
