Note:

At this time, we are exclusively hiring full-time remote workers who currently reside in New Brunswick.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries for a wide variety of clients with professionalism and care.

Flexibly switch between different client protocols, date entry, requirements, and tailored scripts. Maintain an empathetic, polite, and articulate demeanor on every call.

Consistently meet performance indicators (KPI's) including schedule adherence, average wrap-up time, and high Quality Assurance (QA) scores. Technical and Workstation Requirements Because this is a fast-paced remote position, your home office must meet the following requirements:

PC or Laptop with Windows 11 or higher (Chromebooks, Apple products, and tablets are not compatible)
A dedicated, direct-wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited due to stability requirements).A professional-grade, wired headset with a built-in microphone. Minimum typing speed of 35

WPMYou must provide your own compliant equipment during the initial new-hire period. Upon successful completion of training, Extend will supply company-issued hardware.

Schedule and Availability:

Full-Time, 10-hr shifts (4 days on, 3 days off)
