Möbel Pfister AG in Suhr sucht eine/n Online Customer Consultant (w/m/d) zur Beratung, zum Verkauf und zur Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen über Telefon, Web Chat, E‑Mail und Video. Du betreibst die Auftragsabwicklung und bietest unsere Produkte im Rahmen des Kundenkontakts an.
Du unterstützt das eCommerce-Team bei der Optimierung der Customer Journey und bringst Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse mit.
