TTEC is hiring a Spanish bilingual Customer Service Representative – Automotive Support to work remotely in Canada. You will help vehicle owners, prospective customers, and dealerships across channels with features, apps, warranty questions, recalls, and maintenance guidance.
Strong communication and problem-solving are essential. Expected to handle inquiries via phone, chat, email, and more, documenting interactions and escalating complex issues as needed.
