Lyft Community Advocate Remote Position

Become a Community Advocate for Lyft as a Social Support Associate, working remotely from Toronto. Utilize your communication skills to assist customers across multiple social platforms.

In this role, you will represent Lyft on social media channels, tackling customer issues in real-time. The ideal candidate is someone who can navigate sensitive situations with care and insight while maintaining Lyft’s community trust. You will be instrumental in working cross-functionally to ensure consistent support messages resonate with our customer base.
