About the Role
Our client is seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to join their fully remote team. This role is integral to providing outstanding support and assistance to our diverse customer base, ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. As a remote associate, you will leverage digital communication tools to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build rapport with clients, acting as a key brand ambassador.

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and basic troubleshooting.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records within the CRM system.
- Identify and elevate customer issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional tone.
- Proficiency in using computers, navigating multiple software applications, and basic typing skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer service certifications are a plus.
