About the Role

Our client is seeking an proactive and engaging Remote Customer Success Specialist to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will be dedicated to ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will build strong relationships, provide strategic guidance, and proactively address potential issues to maximize customer lifetime value. • Onboard new customers and guide them through successful adoption of our platform.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication.
• Monitor customer health and proactively intervene to address potential churn risks.
• Identify opportunities for customer growth and upsell/cross-sell relevant solutions.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with key customer stakeholders.

• Proven track record in customer success , account management, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote interaction.
• Experience with CRM and customer success platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
