3 months, with potential to become permanent Start: ASAP ideally Monday, 14th September A local start-up is looking for a practical, commercially minded Customer Success contractor to build the foundations of its customer success function. With enterprise customers coming on board, youll help put the right systems, processes and customer-management approach in place from the ground up. What youll do Set up lean, scalable customer success systems and processes Establish a clear customer onboarding and ongoing management journey Get familiar with the product and introduce structure around customer interactions Help prepare the business to support incoming enterprise contracts Work with tools such as Zendesk or similar platforms What were looking for Customer Success experience, ideally in a startup or scaling environment Experience creating or improving CS processes and systems Comfortable working independently and building structure from ambiguity Practical, hands-on and commercially aware Familiarity with Zendesk or comparable CS tooling This is not a large-scale leadership role.
