About the Role

Our client is looking for a friendly and efficient Telecoms Customer Service Representative to join their team in Soweto. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our client's wide range of telecommunications services. This position is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships. You will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work, serving the Gauteng community.

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding billing, service issues, and account management.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to internet, phone, and mobile services.
• Process service orders, plan changes, and upgrade requests efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex customer complaints or technical issues to the appropriate departments.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with computers and learn new software applications quickly.
