Location: Zürich
Swisscard AECS GmbH sucht eine/n Kundenberater:in im Customer Service (CDD 12 Monate) für Zürich bzw. Homeoffice, 80–100%. Die Stelle bietet flexible Einsatzzeiten von Montag bis Sonntag zwischen 07:00 und 23:00 Uhr, mit Möglichkeit von Home-Office nach Einarbeitungsphase.
Sie sind Ansprechpartner:in für Rechnungen, Zahlungen und mobile Zahlungsdienste (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay) und beraten Kundinnen und Kunden kompetent in Deutsch und Französisch. Englischgrundkenntnisse sind hilfreich.
