• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of guest services by identifying trends and suggesting process enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences from booking to post-stay.

• Proven experience in a customer service or guest relations role, preferably within hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clear and concisely.
