• Address customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and sales teams to drive improvements.

• Proven experience in Customer Success , Account Management, or a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other customer success platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment .
