Key Responsibilities:

• Offer warm, personalized assistance via chat and email

• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experiences

• Provide clear onboarding support to new patients

• Assess and improve AI-driven responses for quality

• Record and communicate patient insights for process improvements

Requirements:

• Customer-facing experience in high-volume environments

• Familiarity with Intercom or similar tools

• Telehealth background is beneficial

• Weekend work required from Saturday to Wednesday

• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
