• Previous experience in a customer service , call center, or helpdesk environment.
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using computers, various software applications, and online communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
