PROMAN are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a successful fashion and lifestyle business based in Central Manchester. Ancoats, Manchester (M1) This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment. £12.71 per hour 20-37.5 hours per week

The Role As part of the customer service team, you will:
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email Provide timely and professional support Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions Maintain accurate customer records and system updates Complete a variety of administration duties Work across different platforms and internal systems About You We're keen to hear from candidates who:
Have previous customer service experience Communicate confidently and professionally Are organised and comfortable with administrative work Possess good computer skills and can navigate multiple systems Can adapt to changing business demands and workloads Working Pattern Monday to Friday Between 8:00am and 5:00pm Minimum 20 hours per week Typical working week of 37.5 hours Flexibility required to support business needs Why Apply?
