Our platform connects patients, clinicians, and pharmacies through tools that support appointment scheduling, clinical workflows, and prescription management.
We are an operations-driven healthcare company, where customer support plays a critical role in shaping patient experience and improving how our platform evolves. After four years of focused execution, Avee has achieved product-market fit and is now entering a new phase of growth. We are expanding our fully remote support team and are looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist to support patients across Canada.

Full-Time
What You’ll Do    Support patients via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
Assist patients with appointment booking and general service inquiries
Troubleshoot day-to-day operational and basic technical issues
Collaborate closely with medical, operations, and technical teams to resolve concerns
Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal workflows
Share patient feedback to help improve internal processes and overall experience
✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and web-based tools
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new internal systems and technologies
Comfortable working with basic operational and numerical data
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Able to work remotely with a stable internet connection
