What Youll Need:

• Must have a reliable computer or smartphone to manage client interactions and bookings.

• Arrange and book travel for business clients sports teams vacationers weddings and special events.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs budgets and preferences.

• Organize and schedule tour packages excursions day trips and group travel.

• Book and confirm reservations for flights accommodations car rentals cruises and event tickets.

• Provide clients with all necessary travel documents including authorization forms itineraries and tickets.

• Assist with changes and alternative arrangements if travel plans shift before or during the trip.
