Position: Hybrid Role as Campus Store Assistant
Support the Cougars Campus Store at Mount Royal University as a Campus Store Services Assistant in a hybrid work environment.

Your role will focus on customer service and operational support across various service areas.

This position ensures excellent customer experiences while managing daily operations like processing transactions, issuing campus cards, and fulfilling online orders. Your flexible schedule enables a balance between providing service and managing tasks efficiently, while you gain broad exposure to store operations and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly customer assistance in-person and remotely

• Process sales transactions and stock inventory

• Fulfill online orders and manage pickups

• Capture and verify student photographs for campus cards

• Maintain documentation and support special initiatives

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Commitment to high standards of customer service
