As a Benefits Advisor, you will be dedicating your time to setting appointments and performing detailed presentations regarding the benefits packages available to union members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls effectively
• Schedule appointments for benefit consultations
• Present packages to union members meticulously
• Complete paperwork and maintain quality standards
• Engage in targeted leadership development training
Requirements:
• Age 18 or older
• High school diploma deemed preferable; college education is a plus
• Customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Effective communication skills essential for this role
