Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager Password

This role focuses on building and improving digital customer journeys at scale, guiding customers from trial through activation, adoption, and renewal. The person in this role will create email campaigns, use customer and product data to spot friction points, and design timely interventions that help customers get more value from the product.

Candidates should have experience in digital customer success, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth operations, or product-led growth within a SaaS company. Strong writing skills, data interpretation ability, and cross-team collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Data teams are expected. Familiarity with tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
