Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging soft-skills and product training

• Facilitate interactive sessions encouraging participation

• Supervise training groups of 14–30 agents

• Provide mentoring and constructive feedback to learners

• Track attendance, performance, and escalate issues as needed

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and French for customer interactions

• Approximately two years in training or contact-center roles

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings
