Position: Client Service Representative - Hybrid Role

As the first contact for advisors, your expertise will be vital in ensuring client satisfaction and secure futures. You will use strong communication skills to provide accurate responses to inquiries and technical assistance using internal tools. The role demands accountability, reliability, and teamwork, ensuring every interaction is remembered for its quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently

• Provide technical support for internal tools

• Respond promptly to emails with accurate information

• Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely answers

• Log communications using JIRA tracking system

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of customer service experience

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively

• Willingness to learn new processes and procedures
