Hours: Full-time, Temporary, Monday to Saturday (Saturdays worked on a rota basis, with a day off in lieu during the week)
Hybrid Working: Three days per week in our Bath office and two days working from home

The RoleWe’re currently recruiting for two temporary Customer Service Advisors to join our team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do, playing a vital role in shaping the customer experience the voice of our business, you’ll ensure every interaction is positive, supportive, and solution-focused.
You’ll support our customers across phone, email, and live chat, providing an outstanding service that helps us build strong, lasting relationships.
In This Role, You Will- Handle customer queries across multiple channels in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Take ownership of customer requests and complaints, aiming to resolve issues at the first point of contact wherever possible.
- Support the resolution of customer complaints, ensuring customers feel listened to, supported, and valued.
- Contact customers to arrange installation appointments, explain the installation process, and answer any questions they may have.
- Keep customer records and internal systems up to date, while sharing knowledge and best practice with colleagues.
- Support the wider team with additional tasks to help deliver a smooth and positive customer journey.

You’ll Also Have- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre or customer-facing environment
- You must have the right to work in the UK, as we’re unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
- This role is based in Bath, with a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office and two days from home.
