Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bath
Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, permanent, Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are worked on a rota basis, with a day off in lieu during the week)
Hybrid working pattern: Three days in our Bath-based office and two days working from home

The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of what we do. Acting as the voice of Truespeed, you'll ensure every customer has a positive experience when they get in touch, whether by phone, email, social media, or live chat.
