Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator Remote | £13.70 per hour | 7am - 4pm Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri & Sat | Temp to Perm

Are you an organised and proactive Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities? Do you enjoy coordinating multiple tasks, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and finding solutions to keep operations running smoothly? Workshop Recruitment is supporting a search for a Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator to join an Operations team on a temp-to-perm basis for a fully remote role focused on securing and managing property viewing appointments, ensuring service levels are maintained and customer expectations exceeded.

The successful Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator will be highly adaptable, able to respond quickly to changing demands, and confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This is a reactive operational role where urgent issues can arise throughout the day, requiring excellent organisation, resilience, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure fulfilment of non-urgent appointments while minimising cancellations
  • Make outbound calls to arrange and confirm appointments
  • Respond professionally to inbound calls, emails, and live chats
  • Coordinate with clients and members to resolve scheduling issues
  • Audit completed appointments to ensure quality standards are met
  • Review reports, photographs, and deliverables for accuracy
  • Complete detailed end-of-shift handovers
  • Support wider operational activities and appointment categories as required
Skills & Knowledge Required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working remotely
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Confident handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workloads
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a reactive environment
  • Confident using technology and multiple internal systems

  • Start date Monday 5th October
  • Working days: 7am - 4pm Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri & Sat
  • Initial virtual training week:
    Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
  • Dedicated home office setup and own laptop essential
