Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, escalating where necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Build positive relationships with customers and provide a consistently high standard of service. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve customer service and performance targets. Use internal IT systems to manage customer information and enquiries. Requirements Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive approach to challenging situations. Confident using IT systems and able to learn new software quickly.
