Third Party CS is seeking motivated individuals for a fully remote Benefits Specialist position. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and building strong relationships while supporting union members with their benefit-related needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist union members with benefit-related questions and concerns.
- Educate members about available coverage options and benefit programs.
- Support enrollment activities and claims processing.
- Build positive relationships with members and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and member records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member issues.
- Provide timely follow-up and high-quality customer support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and organized.
- Comfortable communicating with people through phone calls and Zoom meetings.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
- Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
