• Fully remote — open to candidates based in South Africa, Philippines, and Jamaica
• Pay:
  Paid in USD, hourly — your income holds its value, no matter what's happening with local exchange rates

• Handle customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and/or social media
• Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns
• Provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards
• Keep a professional, solutions-oriented approach in every interaction

• Strong written and verbal English
• At least 1 year of online or remote customer service experience
• Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
• Sharp problem-solving and communication skills
• An adaptable, solutions-first mindset

• A personally owned PC or laptop (no borrowed equipment)
• Minimum 25 Mbps upload and download internet speed
