Customer Success Manager

Position: Customer Success Manager at New Living
Lead customer success initiatives at New Living and bridge the gap between property managers and tech solutions. This fully remote position focuses on enhancing rental management tools for real results.

As New Living's first dedicated Customer Success hire, you'll interact with property management teams using various STR platforms. With a background in the hospitality tech stack, including PMS and revenue tools, you'll ensure clients derive genuine value from their integrations. You're set to understand the nuances of property management systems, guiding customers through initial setups and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own customer relationships from onboarding to renewal

• Assist with integration setup and process workflows

• Conduct regular check-ins to prevent cancellations

• Resolve PMS integration or OTA sync issues swiftly

• Collaborate with product teams to address customer pain points

Requirements:

• 4+ years in STR/hospitality tech ecosystem

• Experience with PMS or channel management systems

• Strong communication with property managers

• Ability to oversee multiple accounts effectively

• Quick learner without requiring extensive training
