Client Engagement Specialist

Position: Client Engagement Specialist Hybrid Role
Drive client success with Stewart Title as a Client Engagement Specialist in a hybrid setting. Focus on onboarding, product usage, and exceptional client support to facilitate effective real estate transactions.

As a Client Engagement Specialist at Stewart Title, you will manage the client onboarding process and support partner products' implementation.

Your role includes tracking product adoption and engagement, as well as managing inbound leads to optimize sales support. Candidates should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable using technology to assist clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding for clients across Stewart strategic products

• Monitor adoption progress and support client feedback initiatives

• Manage inbound leads and coordinate follow-up meetings

• Track engagement metrics and reporting in CRM tools

• Collaborate with internal teams for effective client support

Requirements:

• Background in client success, sales or customer service

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with digital applications and CRM systems

• Experience in SaaS onboarding or legal services is advantageous

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
