In this fully remote position, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling a wide range of requests, from booking accommodations and making dining reservations to providing local recommendations and resolving issues. You will leverage your communication skills and deep understanding of the hospitality landscape to ensure every guest interaction is positive and efficient, contributing to the overall brand reputation and guest loyalty through outstanding virtual support.

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering personalized assistance.
