Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day customer inquiries and order entry

• Coordinate timely solutions across relevant departments

• Handle account management and communication effectively

• Leverage SFDC and SAP for order tracking and updates

• Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in order management

• Fluent in French and English, enhancing communication

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

• Ability to oversee multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Up to 10% travel readiness for client interactions
