Key Responsibilities:
• Assess AI-generated documents for accuracy and aesthetics
• Pinpoint factual errors and presentation flaws
• Deliver clear, structured feedback on evaluations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in customer support operations
• Native or professional English fluency
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Advanced degrees are a plus
