Naked Wines in the UK is hiring Customer Happiness Advisors on a temporary contract to work with our Angels, delivering warm, empathetic support via phone and email. You’ll help customers enjoy great wine and keep orders moving in a fast-paced, performance-driven team.
This role is hybrid (London or Norwich) or UK remote, 37.5 hours per week, starting soon and ending December 2026. You’ll thrive on problem solving, teamwork and sharing enthusiasm for our wines.
