This remote position allows you to engage with clients regularly, helping them with inquiries and providing product knowledge. You'll manage customer calls and requests, ensuring that each interaction is managed with care and professionalism.

Your role will also involve understanding policies and explaining them to clients effectively, enhancing their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage benefit enrollment materials and client eligibility

• Facilitate incoming customer service calls and inquiries

• Direct calls to the proper channels

• Respond promptly to client requests for coverage

• Explain policies through our Needs Analysis system
