Are you an experienced Customer Service Agent who prefers working from home and do you fluently speak English? We have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Customer Service Agent for the largest social media network, you will handle inquiries from business customers about their accounts, settings, and various platform-related issues.

This position is remote, but please note that you can only work remotely if you reside in the Netherlands.

• Provide support to advertisers and agencies (SMBs) for various queries generated via different communication channels such as: phone, chat and email
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service advertising products
• Provide product and tool support to enhance our clients’ experience
• Use tools and systems to identify customers’ issues, addressed in their raised queries
• Escalate the client’s problems to the corresponding groups of the resolution
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, while representing a major brand
• Availability:
  
  Full-time and flexible, 40 hours per week (Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 23:00).
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Skills:
  
  Professional customer service skills: solution-oriented, helpful, and passionate.
• Language Proficiency:
  
  Fluent in
  ENGLISH (C1/C2 level).
• Full-Time Position:
  40 hours per week (work from home)
• Contract:
  
  6 months with the intention to extend.
• Training:fully paid training from home.
• Salary:€2410 gross per month (excluding bonuses and weekend allowances).
• Working Hours:
  
  Flexible hours between Monday and Sunday (09:00 – 23:00), schedules provided well in advance.
