We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Al Hufuf As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients through various online platforms This role is perfect for non-native English speakers who are looking for a job in a foreign country as no English proficiency is required
Responsibilities- Communicate with clients through email chat and video conferencing to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Offer guidance and advice on our products or services
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in customer service or sales would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic spoken and written
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email chat and video conferencing
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with opportunities for professional growth within the company
