How will you contribute?

As a Customer Support and Sales Advisor, you’ll speak with existing customers who call us with queries about their products or services.

Your role is to:

Understand their needs

Resolve their questions

Introduce relevant solutions that genuinely add value

Ensure every interaction leads to the right customer outcome

You’ll log into our virtual contact centre at the start of your shift and handle a steady flow of inbound calls throughout the day. Every conversation is an opportunity to support a customer, build rapport, and make a positive impact.

Although the role is hybrid/remote, you’re never on your own. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values your efforts, celebrates your success, and helps you grow. It’s challenging — but incredibly rewarding.

Shift Pattern Rotating weekly shifts between 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday
37.5 hours per week Breaks: 60 minute lunch, 2 x15 minute breaks.
