Remote Reservations Agent - Travel

About the Role

Our client is looking for efficient and customer-focused Remote Reservations Agents to join their expanding travel team. Operating entirely from home, you will be responsible for managing and processing all types of travel reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role is key to providing seamless booking experiences for clients, supporting our company's mission to offer exceptional travel services nationwide, and working remotely from anywhere in South Africa, contributing to our brand's trusted reputation.

• Process new reservations accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and online systems.
• Confirm bookings, update reservation details, and manage cancellations or modifications.
• Provide clients with information on availability, pricing, and travel options.
• Ensure all reservation data is entered correctly into the booking system.
• Liaise with other departments and third-party suppliers to resolve booking issues.

• Previous experience in reservations or a similar administrative role, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
