Remote Client Success Manager - Beauty Tech

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing innovator in the beauty technology sector, is seeking a driven and client-focused Remote Client Success Manager . This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients, ranging from independent salons to large spa chains, maximize their use and benefit from our cutting-edge software solutions. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for them to leverage our platform more effectively.

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on client satisfaction and retention within the dynamic beauty industry.

• Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and acting as their primary point of contact.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of the beauty tech platform.
• Provide proactive, high-level support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client needs and identify areas for improvement or upsell opportunities.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive platform enhancements.
• Monitor client health and usage patterns to anticipate potential churn and implement retention strategies.

• Proven experience in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role, preferably within SaaS or the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients remotely.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and client success platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a remote setting, ideally based within South Africa .
