Our client is seeking a friendly and resourceful Customer Care Representative to join their team, serving the Paarl community and beyond. You will be the voice of the company, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through our offerings. • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with a focus on excellent service.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, account status, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Process customer requests, such as updating account information or processing orders.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer care or customer service role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
