About the Role

Our client is searching for a professional and articulate Client Liaison Officer to serve remotely, supporting their base in Paarl. This role is crucial for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met efficiently. You will act as a key communication bridge between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your communication skills from anywhere while contributing to the company’s success in the Western Cape.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Proactively communicate updates, information, and solutions to clients.
