About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to join their team in Klerksdorp . • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of SaaS or relevant industry products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with CRM and customer success platforms is advantageous.
