About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Relations Officer to join their remote team, serving clients in the Kimberley region. You will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. • Manage and nurture relationships with a designated portfolio of customers.

• Document all customer interactions and relationship progress within the CRM system.

• Proven experience in customer relations , customer service, or account management.
