About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join their growing team in Vereeniging . • Respond to client inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide technical and functional support for the client's product/service suite.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Identify client needs and proactively offer solutions or upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery of services.

• Proven experience in a client support, account management, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
