About the Role

Our client is looking for a friendly and efficient Online Customer Support Specialist to join their remote team, based anywhere within Benoni or its surrounding regions.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, live chat, and social media platforms.

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
