About the Role

Our client is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Remote Travel Consultant to manage and create bespoke travel experiences for clients globally. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your expertise in destinations and travel planning to design personalized itineraries that cater to individual client needs and preferences. You will be responsible for bookings, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless travel journey from start to finish.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel desires, budget, and requirements for domestic and international trips.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities tailored to client needs.
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and provide clients with all necessary travel documentation and information.
• Handle client inquiries and provide support throughout their travel journey, addressing any issues that may arise.
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, and destination information to offer the best advice.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a travel agent or travel consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of various global destinations and travel products.
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets in a remote setting.
